“I feel that they complement each other directly. Acting has had a direct and massive impact on my approach to writing, singing, and imagination. It has transformed how I express emotions overall and how I bring out what is truly inside me. It taught me how to live the moment with absolute honesty, to let go and use my body more freely while recording in the studio or standing on stage, and to absorb the energy of whoever is in front of me while looking deeper into people’s eyes.”

“Acting taught me more about the hidden meaning behind words, because at the end of the day, singing is simply storytelling through music. Training helps me transform every song into a miniature scene, and teaches me how to take the listener on that journey, encouraging them to feel everything freely without hiding.”
When discussing her musical origins, Wael reveals a deeply intuitive connection to her craft—one driven by instinct rather than rigid planning. She explains:
“Honestly, I feel that music is what chooses to manifest and transform through me, rather than me choosing it. Or perhaps it’s just things hidden deep inside me that found their way out without me fully realizing it. Maybe it stems from the fact that I was always humming ever since I was a little child, back when I didn’t know how to express myself properly with words—so music was always my outlet. There are so many things I discover with time, and other artistic molds that reveal themselves to me, transforming parts of who I am along the way.”
