For months, wedding designer Tony Breiss has been orchestrating one of the most opulent and distinguished weddings of recent years—an event widely described as royal in every sense of the word. Nothing was left to chance; every detail was meticulously crafted under a precise creative vision that reflected the highest standards of luxury, elegance, and refinement.

Set against the iconic backdrop of Palais Garnier, the celebration evolved far beyond the traditional notion of a wedding. It became an immersive experience—one where architecture, artistry, couture, and heritage converged into a singular statement of contemporary grandeur.

In an exclusive insight, Tony Breiss revealed that the starting point of the concept was the historic grandeur of the venue itself. Rather than simply adapting to the space, he sought to reinterpret it through an innovative design perspective—one that moved away from conventional wedding formulas and instead created a sophisticated balance between the magnificence of the setting and the intimacy of detail.

A defining element of Breiss’s vision was the seamless fusion of florals and architecture. Flowers were not treated as decorative accessories, but as structural design components woven into the overall concept. “I love flowers,” he explained, “but I gravitate toward florals that hold an architectural dimension, rather than simply being used as decoration.” The result was a visual identity that felt alive and dynamic, where arrangements emphasized movement, depth, and artistic intention over abundance. The bride herself embodied this philosophy with remarkable grace and discernment. Her refined style and clear vision elevated every aspect of the celebration, from her personal aesthetic to the event’s smallest visual elements.

Her wedding gown was designed by Georges Hobeika, while her jewelry selection featured exceptional pieces from Graff and Harry Winston. Completing the look was a bespoke diamond tiara created exclusively by Moussaieff Jewellers—an extraordinary piece transported by private jet from London for the occasion. Her beauty direction was entrusted to renowned hairstylist Ahmed Mounir and makeup artist Abdullah Al Refai, ensuring every aspect of her presence reflected the sophistication of the event. The invitations, designed in collaboration with Bernard and Westwood—renowned for their work with royal families in London—were executed as watercolor artworks inspired by the architecture of Palais Garnier. These hand-painted creations established an artistic dialogue between the venue and the event’s visual identity.

Further elevating the celebration was the collaboration with Atelier Pressberg for the wedding monogram, treated as a standalone work of art due to its precision and individuality. A distinctive Lebanese touch was introduced through artist Lina Nahhal, who created hand-illustrated menus, while luxury linen pieces were designed by Antoine Kharab. Featuring delicate embroidery crafted in Lebanon and fine Italian linen, these details achieved a harmonious balance between Lebanese craftsmanship and European excellence. The wedding cake, created by artist Marc Suarez, reflected the same spirit of originality. Selected intentionally for his ability to innovate rather than replicate, Suarez delivered a masterpiece defined by meticulous precision and exceptional artistry.

Breiss concluded by emphasizing the reinterpretation of white—a color often perceived as traditional or understated. In this celebration, white was elevated into a sophisticated and innovative expression of luxury, proving that even the most classic choices can be transformed into something entirely new. This wedding was not simply an event—it was a curated experience that redefined modern luxury through vision, artistry, and uncompromising detail.
